GENERAL NOTES OF DEMONSTRATIONS & INSTALLATION
1) After delivery/receipt of the product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 4 business days from manufacture side. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis from the manufacturing company’s side.
2) Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service center/franchisee only. For Split A/C, standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorized service center/franchisee.
a) Inclusions in the scope of work for Split A/c installation- Installation of Indoor and Outdoor units, Interconnecting Indoor and Outdoor unit with piping.
b) Exclusions in the scope of work for Split A/c Installation- All masonry work, Supply, and Installation of main power phase, electrical work, Leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, no drilling holes in any of the pillars, dismantling charges if earlier Split A/c is present.
For other products, the standard installation will be provided as per companies norms and terms are complimentary. After delivery/receipt of the product, the installation would happen after minimum 4 business days. How to Return?
As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. Items and packaging must be unused and undamaged by you. Goods will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, including boxes, complete inbox accessories and the invoice to our address. We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and our logistic team shall pick it up within 48 hours of your request. Please co-operate as it will take 7-10 working days for the Product to reach in our warehouse.
