Electronic Paradise reserves the right to cancel any order without providing any explanation in situations where Electronic Paradise is unable to meet the requirements of the order placed, or where the order so placed or cancelled does not comply with Electronic Paradise’s policies, or for any other reason whatsoever. However, Electronic Paradise will ensure that any cancellation of an order is communicated to the concerned customer within an appropriate time, and any applicable refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
If users/customers do not respond to our calls, emails, or any other mode of communication within 8 days from the date of purchase, Electronic Paradise reserves the right to cancel the order without any further explanation.
